With each extension applied to an individual lash, it can last up until the time period where natural hair growth occurs. However as lashes continue shedding and replacing themselves at different times they will lose their fullness after 2-3 weeks. Maintenance will required somewhere between 2-4 weeks depending on how quickly the natural lashes shed.
This depends on the amount of lashes being applied and the skill of the technician. Most professional technicians will allow for 1.5 to 2 hours for your first appointment, and around 1 to 1.5 for maintenance appointments.

Tips on how to take care of your eyelash extensions:
Avoid rubbing or pulling the extensions
Avoid water, steam or humidity for the first 24 hours, as the adesive applied takes 24 hours to dry.
Use only water based mascara, if applying.
