Course Access & Completion
How long will I have access to the course?
All eyelash extension courses come with lifetime access to the course content, which means that your access to the course will never expire.
How long do I have to complete the course?
As the content is available to you for a lifetime, you can access it at any time. However, there are limits to the submission of assignments (specified in the assessment section of each lesson).
There’s no limit between enrollment and course completion, provided you meet the assessment requirements. If too much time passes between submissions, you can restart the course.
What if I change my mind on the course?
Unfortunately, once you have enrolled in the course and accessed the course material, we are unable to issue you with a refund. If you have incorrectly enrolled and have not accessed any of the course material, a refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

How will I be supported if I have any questions during this course?
Along with the course lessons provided, you’ll receive a course handbook and a help guide. You’ll be invited to our student support group on Facebook.
Email support is available (3-4 business days for responses). You’ll get feedback on assignment submissions, and additional support is available through 1-on-1 Zoom lessons (purchased separately).
What are the formal qualifications that I will gain as a result of completing this course?
You will receive a certificate of completion for each course you successfully complete.
Enrolment & Kits
I’ve already done a Classic Eyelash extension course, can I enrol in this course?
Absolutely. The Lash Squad Academy’s Classic Eyelash extension course is great for beginners and as a refresher for those wanting to refresh and update their knowledge and skills.
Do I have to purchase the student kit?
The student kit is included in the course price. You can opt not to purchase it, but we STRONGLY recommend it as it contains all of the materials mentioned in the course and is required for lash technicians.

We have 3 payment options: PayPal, ZipPay, and AfterPay.
Where do I purchase additional eyelash supplies?
We have a list of trusted suppliers to purchase your eyelash extension supplies from, but stay tuned for our VERY OWN lash store for your product purchases.
